Step1:Wash the sliced chicken gizzards with boiling water. Cut the green peppers into strips. Cut the carrots into shreds. Soak the pickled mustard to make it less salty.
Step2:When the oil in the pot is hot, add salt to the gizzard and stir fry. Then add green peppers and carrots to the pickled mustard until it's almost cooked, and then stir fry it to make it out of the pot. Add some monosodium glutamate before leaving the pot.
