Donkey rolling is a delicious Beijing snack. My mother used to make it for us when I was a child. Now I also make it out of memory. Good results.
Step1:Stir fry the soybeans and grind them into powder. Crush the brown sugar without particles. Mix well.
Step2:The glutinous rice flour is as soft and hard as pancake flour. Then steam it for 30 minutes and cool it. Roll them into thin sheets.
Step3:Put red bean paste on the rolled thin sheet and roll it up.
Step4:Cut it. Sprinkle soybean powder on it.
