I've had a soup of dongyinggong that I can't forget at the arbor beach of Pattaya. I've been cooking all kinds of dongyinggong since I came back home. Today, I suddenly want to eat spaghetti. So this seafood spaghetti of dongyinggong was invented.
Step1:Wash the seafood. Cut the crab into pieces. Shred the green and red peppers and onion. The pasta in cuttlefish sauce should be cooked soft in advance. Drain and set aside.
Step2:Cut citronella into large pieces. Wash basil.
Step3:Add some olive oil to the hot pot. Stir fry the onion and crabs. Put the shells after the crabs change color. Do not put the green snails. Remember not to let green snails go at this time. Otherwise, the taste of green snails will grow old. Stir fry crab shells and add a small bowl of water. Add dongyinggong soup and xiangmaocao. Add a small amount of rum to boil.
Step4:After cooking for 5 minutes, when the soup becomes thick, put the pasta in the pot and collect the juice. Put in the whelks as well. Cook until the whelks open.
Step5:Whet in a small amount of black pepper and sprinkle with basil leaves.
Step6:Start the pot and put it on the plate. Sprinkle the cheese powder on it and eat it.
Cooking tips:When cooking seafood, you must not be too old. Otherwise, the taste will be greatly reduced. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
