I've always loved crucian carp, but I'm not good at spitting thorns.
Step1:Wash crucian carp. Cut a few knives. Put cooking wine, raw meal, salt, ginger on fish body and inside fish respectively. Marinate for 20 minute
Step2:Prepare ingredient
Step3:Pour in a little oil in the hot pot. Fry the fish over low heat. I use a non stick pot. If there is no non stick pot, wipe the pot with ginger firs
Step4:Take the fish out for use. Drain the oil from the fried fish. Fry it like this (don't keep flipping when you fry fish
Step5:Prepare seasoning (two tablespoons of crude oil, half of oil consumption, two tablespoons of cooking wine, one teaspoon of sugar, one teaspoon of chicken essence, no need to put salt
Step6:In another oil pan, stir fry all ingredients for one or two times, pour in the sauce and boil, then pour in the crucian carp. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes
Step7:Out of the pot. Sprinkle with scallion.
Cooking tips:The seasoning can't be salted, or the juice will be salty. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
