Step2:Cut ginger, scallion, garlic, chili and coriander for use
Step3:Put the flower beetle in cold water, boil it, and then pull out the shell to drain the water
Step4:Stir fry ginger and garlic in the pot
Step5:Add in the carambola and stir fry for 5 minutes. Pour in the old soy sauce and stir fry. Finally add the onion and coriander to make the pot.
Cooking tips:Huajia is cooked once first. It's easy to taste when it's fried. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
