Step2:When the meat is almost cooked, put in the sliced carrot slices and stir fry.

Cooking tips:Cut yams and soak them with water to prevent oxidation. Don't get yam slime on you. It's itchy. Yams are slippery. Be careful when you cut them, so as not to cut your hands. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
