I used to go to the Thai restaurant every time I wanted to drink the sour and spicy dongyingong soup. A simple pot of soup costs more than 80 pieces. This time, I make my own soup at home. I can drink any soup. The bottom of the soup is the soup bag my good friend brought back from Thailand. It's cheap and delicious. It's super authentic.
Step1:Dongyingong soup bag. It contains a bag of chili powder.
Step2:Put the ingredients in the soup bag into cold water. Boil until fragrant. Boil the cut tomatoes until soft, then put the cuttlefish balls.
Step3:Put in all kinds of seafood. As long as you like, you can put it in. The soup made by putting shellfish in is especially fresh. Cook for about 5 minutes. Put in the chili powder in the soup bag. Don't pour all the chili powder into the soup bag if you are afraid of being spicy. Because there are dry chili peppers in the soup. Cook for about 3 minute
Step4:Half or less coconut milk can be used. It is mainly used to increase the bottom of thick soup. Stir while boiling. Put fish sauce in a minute or two. Fish sauce is salty. It can replace salt. Put salt to suit your taste.
