Step1:Good quality northeast rice, wash with water. After washing, pour in fresh water again. Soak rice and drain.

Step6:Add some salt into the rice and stir well. After the rice is fried, pour a little water along the edge of the pot to make the rice more fluffy. Stir fry the rice. Sprinkle with scallion. Stir evenly. Then start the pot.
