Step5:Open fire. Add a little cooking oil to the pan. Turn the pan to a low heat. Scoop a tablespoon of batter and pour it in the middle of the pan. When the bottom is solidified, scoop a tablespoon of egg yolk and pour it on the cake.
Step6:When there are a lot of bubbles in the muffins, use a shovel to quickly reverse them. Then fry them for about 20 seconds to get out of the pot.
Step7:Because I'm in a hurry, I made another okra pancake. I poured the batter into the pot, spread it into a big pancake, and then rolled it up. When I eat it, I can cut it like cutting sushi. It's delicious.
