Step1:Pour the water into the pan.

Step8:Put the batter into the flower mounting bag, cut the small mouth, draw the shape of 2 on the baking plate, and bake in the 220 degree oven for 2 minutes to expand and color.
Step9:Pour the remaining batter into the decoration bag with a larger opening. Extrude the oval shape.
Step10:Whipped cream with white sugar, then with strawberry flavored marshmallow.
Step11:Preheat the oven to 220 ℃, bake for 10 minutes, expand and color, then turn 180 ℃ to bake for 15 minutes. Bake the puffs to cool.
Step12:Separate the bottom of the puff. Cut the top half into two parts. Fill in the cream. Place the swan's head and wings.
Cooking tips:1. Do not open the oven during the baking process, otherwise it may cause the collapse of the puff; 2.
