When I was a child, I grew up eating rice grabbing. Later, I seldom eat it. I like rice grabbing with sweet sweet sweet sweet potatoes. Of course, some raisins are better.
Step1:All ingredients are cut into small hob
Step2:Put more oil in the pot. If the mutton is fatter, it won't be used. I don't like to eat too much oil. It's about the same amount of stir fry as usual
Step3:Pour in four fifths of the onions and stir fry. Cut the onions into large shreds. Cut the remaining fifths into pieces
Step4:Add carrots and sweet potatoe
Step5:Put salt, soy sauce, cumin noodles, stir fry evenly. When the carrot starts to soften, it can be put into the washed rice
Step6:Spread rice evenly on the vegetables. Add water. Water is better than rice
Step7:Half an hour or so on medium and low heat. The water is dried and the rice is cooked. Just open the lid and mix the rice and vegetables evenly
Step8:Rice sweet mutton is soft and tender. Vegetables, meat and rice are wonderfully integrated. It's more dry and loose if you use the pot directly than if you use the electric cooker. The rice is more chewy
