Bone soup is rich in nutrients, especially protein and fat. It is very beneficial to human health.
Step1:Rinse the big bone. Soak in water for another half an hour to remove the blood (ask the boss to chop it when you buy it. Otherwise, you can only stare at it when you go home). Take out the bone and put it into the pot with cold water, put three pieces of ginger and a little cooking wine in the pot, cover with fire and boil. Open the lid and boil for another two minutes to boil all the blood.
Step2:Turn off the fire and take out the bone. Wash the blood foam with flowing warm water. Do not use the boiled water.
Step3:Wash them all and put them into the pot. Put three or four pieces of ginger. Tie them with a small handful of shallots. Put them into the warm water without bones.
Step4:Cover and press the boiling key to boil for 3 hours. After half an hour, remove the ginger and scallion and discard them. Then drop a few drops of white vinegar. The calcium substance of bone can be kept to prevent loss. Cover and continue to boil.
Step5:Twenty minutes before starting the pot, put in ten or so wolfberry seeds. Transfer in two or three teaspoons of salt (here the salt is placed separately). Cover and continue until the end of the time.
Step6:Fragrant bone soup. It's very comfortable to have a bowl of warm body in winter
Cooking tips:If the time is too long, it will take only one and a half hours to change the casserole to make bone soup. I like to drink thick bone soup. A little white vinegar is added in the middle to avoid the loss of calcium in the boiling process. So a little white vinegar can keep the calcium in the soup. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
