Step1:Prepare the main ingredients - North tofu, rape, beef filling (pork filling), shrimp paste (optional).
Step2:Add shrimp paste, a spoon of salt, a spoon of sesame oil, a spoon of pepper, a proper amount of chopped ginger and onion, a spoon of cooking wine, a spoon of soy sauce and two spoons of raw meal to the beef stuffing and beat until the meat stuffing can be turned and stained to the bottom of the bowl without falling off.
Step3:Add a spoon of salt and a small amount of salad oil to boil.
Step4:Blanch the rape and cut it for use.
Step5:Cut the North tofu into 1 cm thick, 3 cm wide and 5 cm long. Use a small spoon to dig out the middle.
Step6:Spread a layer of raw powder on the surface of the excavated tofu to increase its adhesion.
Step7:Put the prepared meat stuffing into the dug tofu evenly.
Step8:Heat up the pan and turn off the heat with a little base oil. Fry the tofu meat filling face down until both sides are slightly yellow.
Step9:When the tofu is fried on both sides into a slightly yellow pot, stir in two spoons of black bean, two spoons of oyster sauce, one spoonful of salt, two spoonfuls of sugar, and a little of water, and boil for three minutes, then put the tofu out of the pot and blanched rape into a plate.
Step10:Mix the soup in the pot with Shuidian powder and sesame oil.
Step11:Pour the thickened soup on the large tofu. A Hakka brewed tofu with all colors and flavors is finished.
