Step9:Put the flat food skin in the palm of your hand, with the narrow side facing inward. Put some stuffing in the middle. (the flat food skin is slightly trapezoid. If you can't buy it, you can use wonton skin instead. You can also knead the dough by yourself.
Step10:Fold the narrow edge up in half along the centerline.
Step11:As shown in the picture, fold the flat food skin with your fingers again.
Step12:Pinch the two corners of the flat food and fold it inward at the same time. Pinch the joint firmly.
Step13:If the connection between the two corners is too dry, you can dip some water to help.
Step14:Just hold the two corners firmly.
Step15:After all the above-mentioned methods are completed, you can prepare to steam in the next pot.
Step16:Put water in the steamer. Put flat food in the steamer. When the water is boiled, put the steaming tray on the steamer. Because the filling is cooked, steam for about 5 minutes. That is, the flat food skin becomes transparent. (put wet gauze or oil on the steamer tray to prevent sticking
Step17:The flat skin is crystal clear. You can see the rich fillings in it. Take a bite. You will find that the stuffing is still with the smell of fried. Dip in some vinegar to lift the color and relieve the greasiness. The taste is better.
Step18:The prepared flat food looks like Yuanbao. It looks festive. Not only can they be steamed, fried or boiled.
