Home made noodles. We all like it...
Step1:Wash and dice eggplant.
Step2:Wash the beans and cut into sections for use.
Step3:Wash and cut the tomatoes.
Step4:Wash and pick leaves of Schizonepeta for standby.
Step5:Beat the eggs with a little salt.
Step6:Add oil in the pot. Pour in the eggs and stir fry. Add water to the pan and wait for it to boil.

Step14:Bring the fire to a boil. Add wasabi and sesame oil. Stir to make it mixed evenly. Turn off the fire.
Step15:Put the noodles in the bowl. Add the delicious soup. Great.. yummy..
