Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Wash and dice eggplant.

  2. Step2:Wash the beans and cut into sections for use.

  3. Step3:Wash and cut the tomatoes.

  4. Step4:Wash and pick leaves of Schizonepeta for standby.

  5. Step5:Beat the eggs with a little salt.
