I made cream cheese. There was a lot of whey left. It happened that the whole wheat flour at home would be destroyed. So I used it to make knead free whole wheat bread with a slightly hard taste. But it's very healthy. For those who like to eat soft, please don't try it easily.
Step1:Add yeast to whey (or warm water, milk). Add flour, whole wheat flour, oats and other kinds of flour you love. It's OK with or without sugar. It's OK with brown sugar and honey.
Step2:Mix well. Make a moist dough. Put it in the refrigerator overnight. Half a day to a day.
Step3:Take it out the next day and you will find that it has been fermented to twice the size. Take some oats and flour, spread it on the chopping board, divide the dough into several parts, dip the flour on your hands to get the dough, cover it with cheese or bean paste, and shape it.
Step4:Put it in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes first. Let it ferment twice for about 20 minutes.
Step5:Sprinkle some water and sugar on the bread (Caramel will change). Bake at 220 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Out of the oven.
Step6:Cheese stuffing
Step7:Filled with bean past
