Step1:Put 100g butter at the bottom of biscuit and 50g marshmallow in container to soften butter and mix well. Add 1 egg and mix well. Finally add 200g of low gluten flour and mix well. Make biscuit dough.
Step2:Use a rolling pin to roll flat, and then spread it into the mold. Use a rolling pin to remove the extra biscuit dough on the edge. (the extra biscuit dough can be made into biscuits to avoid waste). Air out the middle hole.
Step3:Make stuffing, cheese 100g, marshmallow 50g, put them in a container, keep them hydrated
Step4:Mix the cheese and the marshmallow. Add 200 grams of butter. Mix well
Step5:Add 350 grams of milk. Mix wel
Step6:Add 3 eggs. Beat and sprinkle slowly. Mix wel
Step7:Add 38 grams of low gluten flour. Mix well. Boil it until thick.
Step8:Pour into the mould before baking. The reference temperature is 200 ℃ and 180 ℃ for 20 minutes.
Step9:The finished product is out of the furnace.
