I didn't finish making sweet potato and taro yesterday. So I have today's snack. Don't ask me why I use black sesame instead of white sesame. Because I only have black sesame on hand. I don't want to buy white sesame specially. Because it's a whim. The first time I did it, there are still many things to improve.
Step1:The sweet potato and taro are steamed, crushed into paste and fried with sesame.
Step2:Add sugar to taro mud and sweet potato mud respectively. According to the taste.
Step3:Add flour into the mud of sweet potato and mix well. Flour should be added several times. Cover the film and wake up for 15 minutes.
Step4:Wrap some flour on the surface of sweet potato and rub it into long strips. Slice.
Step5:Wrap the taro paste like a dumpling and roll some sesame seeds.
Step6:When the oil pan is heated to seven or eight minutes, fry it in medium and small heat.
Step7:Try it out of the pot. Be careful with.
Cooking tips:When packing, don't make the skin too thin. It's easy to break the skin. When frying, the fire should not be too big or too small. If the fire is too small, the noodles will absorb oil. If the fire is not crisp, it will not taste good. And it is very greasy. In particular, the sweet potato must be ground to a very fine size, or it will be very troublesome in the back. It's hard and not delicious when fried with flour alone. It's more smooth when fried with glutinous rice flour. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
