Step1:Cut the preserved egg into small pieces. Cut the lean meat into small pieces. Cut the green onion into scallions.
Step2:Clean the rice. Add some oil salt and marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step3:Put the rice in the pot. Add enough boiling water and cook until half cooked.
Step4:Add meat, preserved eggs and half of the green onion. Boil for about 30 minutes on a low heat. Stir while boiling. Prevent the paste pot.
