Step1:1. Dice onion, ginger and garlic. Chop Pixian bean paste for later use. 2. Cut the beef into small pieces. 3. Heat the dried pepper pot until it's brown and red. Roll it into thin noodles. 4. Cut tofu into small pieces. Blanch in boiling water with salt until it floats. Remove and drain. 5. Stir fry beef in warm oil until fragrant. 6. Stir in Pixian bean paste and chili noodles until fragrant and red oil yield G. 7. Add in chopped green onion and ginger and stir fry. 8. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce and cooking wine. Bring to a boil with a little hot water. 9. Add tofu. Heat to boil and drain. 10. Stir in a thin sauce. Stir well. Sprinkle with garlic (scallion) and prepared pepper noodles.
