Step2:You can blanch the spareribs first to remove the blood foam. I haven't blanched them for a long time in this clear water. It doesn't matter. Put all seasonings and ribs into the pot at the same time. Grasp well. Add a glass of water (about 300ml). Marinate for half an hour when you have time. It doesn't matter if you cook directly when you are in a hurry.
Step3:Press the standard cook button. Every electric rice cooker is different. Generally, the standard cooking time is between half an hour and 40 minutes. It's OK to use refined cooking if you have enough time. Cook the fragrant braised spareribs first.
Step4:While cooking the ribs, wash the rice and soak it in the normal water.
Step5:Put the rice in the cooked ribs.
Step6:Once again, use the cooking function to cook until the rice is cooked.
Step7:Scald some vegetables, sprinkle some green onion, stewed rice with braised ribs, which is loved by all ages, is ready. Let's eat it.
