Cooking tips:This biscuit didn't need a mold. But I used the mold to be lazy and keep the thickness uniform. The food in the picture looks a little bit more. I made three times the quantity. This biscuit is really delicious. Make more at a time. The net weight of the egg is about 50g. If the egg is too small or too large, adjust the amount of flour properly. When baking biscuits, observe at any time. When the surface of biscuits starts to color, cover the biscuits with tin paper. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
