A grass carp. Half of it is cooked in water. The rest is made of this.
Step1:Cut the fish into suitable pieces. Add some cooking wine, salt and a small amount of soy sauce. Add ginger slices and scallion sections and marinate for 15 minutes.

Step6:Pour out the oil in the pot. Pour in the seasoning and stir.
Step7:Put in the fish and stir quickly. Add a little pepper and mix well.
Step8:Dish. Sprinkle some cooked white sesame seeds.
