When I was a child, I liked to eat the wild things out in my hometown. Three or two little friends went to pick up the snails together. When I came home, I yelled to my mother to make them. Three or two times, I finished smoking. Delicious.
Step1:Cut all ingredients. Wash them. Heat oil. A little more. Put garlic, ginger and anise in the pot. Then put green pepper. Finally, put the snail.
