Step1:Put some butter in the bowl. 4 slices of gilding are soft with water. Then heat the water in turn until it melts. Melt and let cool.
Step2:Break the digestive biscuits. Stir well with butter.
Step3:Put it in the model. Flatten it. Refrigerate it.
Step4:Take some yoghurt (I use strawberry yoghurt. There are strawberry granules in it. Because I think the original yoghurt is sour. It's all yoghurt flavor). Then add the sugar powder and stir evenly for standby.
Step5:Take some light cream, beat it to six or seven points, not very much. It's OK to see the lines. Then add the whipped cream into the yoghurt paste and stir well.
Step6:Divide the mousse paste and add the color you like.
Step7:Mousse paste should be divided into five parts. The first part is added with white paste. Shake the container slightly. Then pour in the color you like from the middle. If there are small bubbles, you can use a toothpick to break them. Don't shake the container to avoid color mixing. Finally put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours to eat.
Cooking tips:What I made was a 6-inch mold. If it's not enough, the cake will fail. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
