What's the taste of eel silk? It looks oily. It's best to eat the hot entrance. It's soft and a bit like fish. It's delicious. Eat a bowl of eel noodles. Step3:Turn to medium heat. Add 1 tsp cooking wine, 1 tsp raw soy sauce, 1 tsp old soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar and a little salt to stir fry until fragrant. Mix a small bowl of water starch and thicken evenly. Leave the pot and dish.
Step4:Sprinkle with minced garlic and scallion. Heat the oil in the pan until it is slightly smoky. Pour it into the plate immediately. Sprinkle with white pepper. Finish with fried eel shreds.
Step5:Boil the water in another pot. Boil the next one for 2 minutes.
Step6:Take an empty bowl. Put half a spoon of lard and a little salt at the bottom of the bowl. Pour in half a bowl of boiling water to melt. Add 1 spoon of raw soy sauce. Take out the cooked noodles and put them into a bowl. Spread the fried eel shreds. Sprinkle with scallion. Finish with the fried eel shreds.
