Stew fish bones to make milk white fish soup. Add tomatoes to stir fry to make sand. Turn it into a red pot. Turn off the heat and slide it into fish slices. Scald it with extra heat. It's the most tender and fresh taste. Wrap the soup and pick up a piece. You can eat several mouthfuls of rice.
Step1:Clean a black fish and cut it into thin slices. Add a little salt, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 egg white and a little starch and mix well. Marinate for 20 minutes. Cut the fish bone and head for use.
Step2:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Fry the fish head, bones and some ginger until golden.
Step3:Pour in some water and green onion. Boil over high heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Discard the fish head and bones. Reserve the fish soup.
Step4:Peel two tomatoes. Cut into small pieces and set aside. *Note - draw the cross blade on the top. Put it into the pot. Pour boiling water on the top. Cook for about 30 seconds. Remove the skin easily.
Step5:Take a casserole. Heat the cold oil in the casserole. Add 1 tablespoon tomato sauce and stir fry the red oil. Add tomato pieces and stir fry until thick. Season with a little salt. Then pour in the fish soup and boil over high heat.
Step6:Boil the marinated fish. Turn off the fire.
Step7:Sprinkle with some cooked white sesame and scallion. Finish with tomato fish.
