Step1:Mix corn flour with wheat flour.
Step2:Add a small amount of warm water at 30 ℃ and stir with chopsticks.

Step11:Slice the mushroom. Stir fry it in the pot. Let the mushroom have some water. Add a little salt. Season with black pepper and chicken essence.
Step12:Blanch spinach. Drain and cut into sections.
Step13:Put a cake crust in an electric pancake pan. Spread with Tricholoma, spinach, canned tuna and mozzarella cheese.
Step14:Cover the other crust. Press it by hand. Then rotate it. Let it heat evenly. Turn over in a minute.
