Children like to eat stewed radish with beef brisket very much. Today, I just saw a piece of beef steak in the market. So I bought a large piece of stewed radish to bear children. -
Step1:Wash the beef and cut into large pieces.
Step2:After boiling in cold water, turn to medium low heat and continue to cook for about 10 minutes (do not cover). Let the blood and water come out completely.
Step3:Take out the cowboy. Rinse it with hot water. Drain the water.
Step4:Hot oil in a cold pot will blow up the ginger.
Step5:Put in the cowboy meat. Pour in the cooking wine and stir fry until the wine evaporates and dries. Pour in the sauce. Stir in the soy sauce and stir evenly.
Step6:Pour in the boiling water that hasn't eaten the meat. Put in the anise, cinnamon, and fragrant leaves. Cover and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to simmer for 20 minutes.
Step7:Peel the radish. Cut it with a hob. Put it in the pot and continue to simmer (turn it occasionally to avoid sticking to the pot) for 30 minutes.
Step8:Serve in a bowl.
Cooking tips:1. Because the beef is tender and smooth. It's OK to stew for 30 minutes. But in order to let the radish absorb more beef flavor, it's a little longer. If it is beef brisket, it will take about an hour to put radish. 2. The added water can't be cold. Otherwise, the meat will be firewood. The taste is not good. 3. The taste of the family is light. With soy sauce and Hou sauce, there is also salty taste. So there is no extra salt. If the taste is heavy, you can add some salt to taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
