I often order fried rice in the Cantonese restaurant. It's clear-cut, fresh and delicious. I tried it at home when I had time. It's good.
Step1:Yao Zhu's hair is soaked in advance.
Step2:Tear up the scallops. Steam two-thirds of them. Meanwhile, steam the asparagus slightly.
