Step7:Boil over medium heat for 58 minutes after capping. Observe the condition of sugar water in the middle. If you have the appearance of rolling diarrhea, slightly open the lid and leak some air. Then continue to cover and boil.
Step8:When the size of the milk ball doubles, it will be good. Boil the milk balls in batches, then take out the milk balls and half of the sugar water and put them into a large bowl.
Step9:Mix cashew nuts with a little milk to make cashew paste.
Step10:In a pot, add saffron to the sugar water and boil it
Step11:Add cashew paste and milk. Boil and turn off.
Step12:Add the milk ball to the foam for at least one hour. Eat it when it's cold in the refrigerator.
