Step1:Wash the spareribs. Marinate them overnight with soy sauce, cooking wine and ginger.
Step2:Add some starch to the spareribs and stir fry them in a pan until both sides are colored.
Step3:Control the dry oil. Slice the green onion into sections. Stir fry ginger slices and scallion sections in the pot.
Step4:Add spareribs, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and a little water to boil and taste.
Step5:Not much water. Adjust the taste of the sweet and sour juice. Continue cooking for 10 minutes. Collect the concentrated juice.
Step6:After packing, sprinkle with white sesame and green onion.
