Step1:Wash and chop beef tenderloin.
Step2:Add ginger powder, a little cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce and starch and stir evenly. Then use chopsticks to stir clockwise. Add a little water while stirring. Step9:Pour in water to the half of the pot. Cover it. Fry over high heat.
Step10:Fry until dry. Sprinkle some cooked white sesame seeds and chopped green onion. Simmer for one minute, then uncover the pot.

Step12:It's fragrant. It's juicy. The bottom is golden and crispy. The filling is fresh and delicious.
