I took more than n films in the evening, but the light was not good. I couldn't get the picture above. I got up early this morning to make a new film. I practiced taking this kind of country style together. I struggled for several hours. At last, my mother-in-law didn't have bread for breakfast. I had to be lunch. Ha ha ~

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Peel and cut potatoes, steam them. Mash them while they are hot. Let them cool a little.

  2. Step2:Add butter, sour cream and milk into mashed potatoes while they are hot and mix well.

  3. Step3:When the potatoes are not scalded at about 40 ℃, yeast, egg, onion and salt are stirred evenly.

  4. Step4:Add flour and grind until the dough is smooth. There is no need to take out the film (if the sticky hand can be added into the hand flour and knead until it is not sticky, but it will not be very dry). So I just slacked off and gave it to the toaster and stirred it for about 25 minutes.
