Step1:Three Pleurotus eryngii. One in two. Take the back section.
Step2:Cut lengthwise into 1cm thick slices.
Step3:Use the flower knife on both sides of the tip. Be careful not to cut too deep.
Step4:Chopped onions and garlic.
Step5:Heat the pan over medium heat. Fry the Pleurotus eryngii on both sides with a little oil until golden.
Step6:Pan fry them all and serve. Cut them into small pieces with a knife.
Step7:Put a little oil in the pan. Stir fry onion and garlic on low heat.
Step8:Pour in the black pepper sauce and half a bowl of water. Boil over high heat (the saltiness of the black pepper sauce is enough. Do not add salt additionally).
Step9:Add in the mushrooms and stir fry until they are covered in the sauce.
Step10:Dish. Sprinkle with mints. Finish.
