Stewed pig skin with soybeans is a Lu style home cooked dish. It tastes tender, nutritious, and beautiful. It's a simple home dish. The first time I ate it was in a Hong Kong style restaurant. I thought it was a Hong Kong style dish (the Hong Kong style restaurant is sweet). I remembered the name of this dish because it tasted good and served again. Later, I went home to search the recipe of this dish. I thought it was delicious and wanted to share it with you.
Step1:First of all, soak soybeans for more than 3 hours. Or soak them in warm water to save time.
Step2:Blanch the soaked soybeans with hot water, and then fish them for use.

Step4:Heat up the oil for 5% and stir fry the dried peppers, ginger, garlic and star anise.

Step6:Add water, salt, chicken powder or msg to taste and then add soybeans
Step7:Stew until the soybean is soft. Add the onion to the pig skin.
