Step6:After the sugar water is boiled, the cook machine turns to the maximum gear. Pour the sugar water into the beaten protein. Stir it quickly and evenly. (the chef must be in the maximum gear to quickly stir the syrup in the protein.). Stir well. Add softened butter and stir well. Then add milk powder. Stir quickly and evenly.
Step7:Add peanuts and sesame to mix. (it's OK to turn on the second or third gear of the cook's machine and stir it for a few times.
Step8:Quickly scrape the sugar onto the silica gel pad. Mix the dried fruit and sugar (you can knead a few times more to make the Niuzha sugar taste more chewy) and finally put it into the baking tray for shaping and cooling.
