It's spicy and delicious. A dish can go with a big bowl of rice.
Step1:Cut the tender tofu into pieces. Then soak it in cold water with salt.
Step2:Mince the onion, ginger and garlic.
Step3:A tablespoon of bean paste. Chop.
Step4:Heat the pot. Add the cooking oil. When it's 80% hot, add the bean paste and stir fry the red oil. Then add onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry.
Step5:Add tofu. Push it gently in one direction. Otherwise, the tofu will be all rotten.
Step6:Cook in cooking wine. Then add a little water. Don't submerge tofu. Then add a little sugar, a little soy sauce. Adjust the saltiness. Cook slowly.
Step7:When the tofu tastes good, sprinkle with ground pepper noodles.
Step8:Thicken the sauce with starch. Collect the sauce and start the pot. Sprinkle ⬆️ chopped green onion.
Cooking tips:Fried Tofu must be pushed slowly. Let the seasoning be even. If it is stirred too much, it will break. It's super ugly. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
