Step1:Wash the beef. It's better to choose the part with less gluten. It's easy to chew.

Step14:Start making dough. Mix flour with warm water to make flocs. Then knead into smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 20 minutes.

Step17:Cut into even sized pieces.
Step18:Sprinkle with dry flour. Flatten and roll each preparation into a dumpling skin.
