It's cold. I've planted a lot of onions. I think of crispy scallion pancakes A breakfast or lunch on the bar.
Step1:Pour hot water around the edge of the flour. Stir with chopsticks. It's dry and crisp. Then use your hands and dough. Form a ball. Stand still for 10 minutes and wake up.
Step2:Add some peanut oil into the onion. Add some salt. Stir. Then use flour stick to flatten the wake-up dough and spread the onion material on it. Roll up the dough from one end. Press again after rolling. Roll up again. Repeat this step if you want something crisper.
Step3:Then cut it into a small ball. Press it into pie shape by hand. Rub the flour stick for a few times. It's thinner and crisper.
Step4:Medium and low heat. Put some oil in the nonstick pot. Put in one piece of cake. Fry slowly. It will be cooked in a few minutes.
Step5:Start cooking. Eat while it's hot.
Cooking tips:If you use lard instead of peanut oil, it will be more crispy. This is a healthy version of scallion oil cake. You have skills in making delicious dishes.
