When I went to Zhejiang, I brought back some dried bamboo shoots. I also made many dried bamboo shoots and braised pork at home. When I ate too much, I felt bored. I wanted to do another way. I also bought Hunan bacon before the Spring Festival. So I tried to make a dried bacon. It tasted really good. I chewed the dried bamboo shoots. It was delicious.
Step1:Soak the dried bamboo shoots in water for a day or two. Then wash them. Boil them. Rinse them with cold water. Set aside.
