Step1:Put the flour into a container. Mix the enzyme and warm water together. Mix the yeast water and flour. Knead it into a smooth dough. Ferment it. Ferment it for about 4050 minutes. That's twice the dough before. Like in the picture.
Step2:Sprinkle soda on the panel. Pour the fermented dough on it. Start kneading. When the dough sticks to the panel, add some flour to knead it. Knead it into a smooth dough. Wake up for another 5 minutes.
Step3:Sausages are diced for later us
Step4:Roll the dough into a big pancake. Pour in a little oil and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the sausage ding on the pancake.
Step5:Roll the pancakes into a tube from the beginning. Turn them into dough.
Step6:Cut the roll into small pieces with a knife.
Step7:Take the dough in your hand. Press it in the middle of the dough. Pinch both ends and twist it. It's like the one in my picture
Step8:Put some cold water in the pot. Put the rolls on the steamer tray. Steam for 13 minutes.
Step9:It's finished. It's delicious. It's sweet.
