It's a good time for outing. The cherry jam, salted cherry blossom and salted cherry leaf made a few days ago are used to make some soft waxy sweet cherry leaf cake for dessert.
Step1:Wash 300g glutinous rice. Soak in cold water for 2 hours. Drain.

Step3:Take half of the glutinous rice and pour in 4G Cherry Blossom powder.
Step4:Mix the colors.
Step5:Put the other half of the white glutinous rice into the pot and add 210g of clear water. Cook over medium heat and stir until the water is absorbed into the paste. Add 20g of fine sugar and cook until it dissolves.
Step6:Wet the steamer drawer cloth. Spread the sticky rice paste on the drawer cloth.
Step7:Put the cherry blossom glutinous rice into the pot. Add 210g clear water. Cook until it is mushy. Add 20g sugar. Put the glutinous rice paste into the steamer.
Step8:Steam for 15 minutes.

Step10:Prepare Cherry Blossom sauce. (for Cherry Blossom sauce, please refer to my previous recipe salted cherry blossom, cherry leaf & Cherry Blossom sauce
Step11:Soak the salted cherry blossom in cold boiled water and remove the salt for standby.
Step12:Soak the salted cherry leaves in cold boiled water to remove salt.
Step13:The glutinous rice is divided into 30g small round rice balls. Wrap the cherry jam in a flat package and knead it into an oval shape.
Step14:It's wrapped with cherry leaves. (the side of the cherry leaf meridians is covered with glutinous rice balls
