When I went to work, I saw the purple rice cake that my friend prepared for her daughter. Then when I went back from work, I made it for my daughter. I didn't use it properly until I made it for the second time the next morning. I want to write it down. It's convenient for myself and everyone at the same time. (the purple rice at home is only enough for one time, so the red rice used for the second time.) The finished picture is red rice.
Step1:Grind Purple Rice (red rice) and glutinous rice into powder. The finer the rice, the better. I don't have a wall breaker, so the blender I use is not very fine.

Step5:Cut and mix the rice flour paste evenly and put it into a 6-inch cake mold. Cover the plastic wrap (make sure to cover the plastic wrap or water will come into the cake during the steaming process and then the rice cake will shrink back. Experience it personally.) . boil the water and steam it on a high heat for 25 minutes. Then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Take out the mold. Tear off the plastic wrap and turn the mold upside down on the baking net. When it's cool, remove the mold and cut it into pieces. You can enjoy it.

Cooking tips:If the egg is a small egg, it needs 4 eggs. I don't like too sweet, so the sugar is added less. If the parents like to eat sweet food, they can add 10g more sugar. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
