Step1:Three chicken legs, 15g dried pepper, 6G prickly ash, 1 fragrant leaf, 2 anise, 2 scallion, 1 whole garlic and 3 ginger for standby.
Step2:Please ask your virtuous boyfriend to remove the bone of the chicken leg for you. (here is a little trick: cut the tendon at the foot of the chicken leg. Then cut it down with a knife. It's more complete if you cut it a little bit.)

Step4:When the chicken leg is marinated, cut the dried chilli into small pieces. It will be a bit spicy.
Step5:Chopped green onion, chopped ginger and garlic.
Step6:Put a little oil in the pan. Fry the chicken leg first. Remove the water.
Step7:You can fry it when it's done. A pot of oil. When it's 60 or 70% hot, fry the chicken until golden brown, remove and cool.
Step8:Deep fry once more. Fry until the surface is burnt yellow and crispy. Then you can use it as a spare.
Step9:Another pot. A small amount of base oil. Put in the pepper and star anise to stir.
Step10:Add dried chillies and saute.
Step11:Let's throw the onion, ginger and garlic together. Stir fry for a while. Stir up the fragrance.
Step12:Stir fry with fried chicken.
Step13:Add a little salt. Toss chicken essence and sugar to make it taste. If you don't think the taste is enough, you can put some pepper powder.
Step14:Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds. Stir evenly. Turn off the heat. Finish.
Step15:Fragrant.

Cooking tips:1. The chicken leg is tender with a little skin. It tastes better. You can also change the chicken breast if you are too bothered. 2. Marinate in advance.
