A dish that I love to cook all the time is highly recommended by Kwai. I can't imagine that such common ingredients are so delicious together. After I tried it once, I silently put it in the list of Kwai Chi dishes.
Step1:Prepare all materials. I use some old brand fresh mustard. It's light and crisp.

Step3:Cut the dried incense into thin strips. It's not easy to taste. Don't cut too big.

Step7:Stir fry until the meat turns white.

Step10:Then pour in the dried silk and stir fry evenly.
Step11:Pour in some soy sauce, a little sugar and salt to taste.
Step12:Stir evenly.
Step13:Sprinkle some shredded green peppers and shredded red peppers
