Step1:Prepare ingredients and preliminary processing - cut tomato into slices. Beat 2 eggs into a bowl and stir well. Cut onion into small roots.
Step2:Add oil in a hot pot. After the oil is hot, pour in the well stirred eggs. Fry over low heat until about 9 minutes cooked, then cut into small pieces with a spatula and put them into a bowl for later use.
Step3:Add a small amount of oil to the pot again. After the oil is hot, pour the cut tomatoes into the pot and stir fry over high heat. Stir in the thick sauce
Step4:Add the fried eggs. Stir fry for a few times. Add half spoon of sugar, one spoon of raw soy sauce and half spoon of salt. Continue to stir fry for about 12 minutes.
Step5:Add in the scallion, stir fry and dish evenly.
