Step1:Cut the tomatoes.
Step2:Cut cabbage into 1 cm wide strips.
Step3:Cut the tofu into two centimeters of squares.
Step4:Put the oil in the pan. Over medium low heat, fry the tofu. Just put it into the pot and hold still. After about 1 minute, gently move it.
Step5:Fry the other side until golden.
Step6:Fry both sides. Add tomatoes and fry.
Step7:When the tomatoes are cooked, add cabbage. Sprinkle salt. Stir well, cover the pot and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step8:When the cabbage is softened, add in the soy sauce. After 30 seconds, it will be out of the pot.

Cooking tips:There is no need to add water in the whole process. Tomatoes and cabbage will produce soup. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
