Step8:Take out the streaky meat in the refrigerator and clean up the sauce on each piece of meat. Note: the sauce is ready to use. There should be no sauce on the meat. Otherwise, the sauce meat is easy to be black pot.
Step9:Put a little oil into the non stick pot. The streaky pork needs less oil because of its fat.
Step10:Put the meat into the pot separately. Medium low heat.
Step11:Fry the meat until the fat is transparent and both sides turn yellow.
Step12:Pour in the barbecue sauce just cleaned from the meat.
Step13:Add a little water. Do not wipe the meat. Add a little sugar. One spoon is enough. Then pour in the red koji just prepared. Cover it. Small and medium fire.
Step14:When the soup thickens, turn off the fire for the rest.
Step15:Slice the meat into a plate. (you can lay some cucumber slices in advance
Step16:Drench the remaining soup in the pot.

Cooking tips:1. When frying the meat, please turn it upside down. If you haven't cleaned the sauce before, it's easy to make the sauce black. 2. It is not easy to get greasy when eating with raw cucumber slices. 3. Red koji powder is used for coloring and its own sweet taste. If not, it doesn't matter.
