It's going to be new year's day soon. Today, I use the 5.7L multi-purpose pot of Tupperware to make a sesame candy. There are non stick pot relatives at home. You can try them all.
Step1:First, heat the multi-purpose pot with the 800 Watt fire of the hot pot of the electromagnetic furnace. It'll take about three minutes.
Step2:After the pot is heated, pour the soft white sugar into the pot. Use the mixing aid to stir continuously. There's no such thing at home. You'd better add a little water to the pot.
Step3:Turn down the fire after all the white sugar has turned into the non granular amber syrup. The hot pot of the electromagnetic stove has a 400 Watt fire.
Step4:Pour the cooked black sesame into the pot. Stir fry with a rice spatula until all the sugar in the pot sticks to the sesame (about 3 minutes).
Step5:When the sesame becomes a ball of sesame, take out the pot immediately, put it on the kitchen board, and press it into sesame flakes with a kitchen knife. (or roll it into flakes with a rolling pin.) Take this step while it's hot.
Step6:Then cut the sesame sugar into pieces. Make sure it's hot. If the sesame sugar is cold, it's easy to break when cutting.
Step7:Sesame sugar is ready. Put sesame sugar in a sealed box to keep it cool.
Cooking tips:If you don't like black sesame, add some cooked white sesame. The proportion is about 4-1. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
